BankTravel Conference opens registration
SALEM, Ohio – Registration for the 2011 BankTravel Conference opened on June 1 for bankers and travel industry members. The Feb. 6-8 Conference will be held in Baton Rouge, La., at the Hilton Baton Rouge Capitol Center and the Sheraton Baton Rouge Convention Center.
The conference has limited space; so interested participants are encouraged to sign up.
“Registration’s been brisk,” said Teresa Burton, vice president and conference coordinator for BankTravel. “Already people have signed up, including close to 100 travel industry members.”
So far some of the sponsors include the Fireside Theatre, Islands in the Sun, Visit Baton Rouge, Flemming Tours, Mayflower Tours, Fantasy Cruises, Collette Vacations, East Coast Touring Company, ChinaPlus Tours, Trips, China National Tourist Office, Grand American Tours, Viking Cruise Lines and Globus Family of Brands.
Though not all of the keynote speakers and entertainment options have been fully developed, BankTravel has a basic itinerary of the event with times for Banker Breakouts, Banker Orientation, Marketplace events and dining times on their website.
